Tip one: Eat lots of Curly to have more friends.

Real tip one: Make more friends. 

Tip two: Go out with your friends. Your friends will make you happy every day, when you are sad!

Tip three: Find girlfriends, because they get to know you best and they are great at making you feel better.

Tip four: Help others, because making people happy will make you happy.

Tip five: Spend more time with happy people. 

Tips six: Be happy with what you have or expect nothing. 

Tip seven: Do not compare yourself to others, nobody is perfect and nobody is perfect. That’s it. They say the grass is always greener on the other side, but really it isn’t.

Tip eight: Do the things which you like! Everything that can make you happy is welcome in your life, play video games or go shopping. Do what you like to do!

Tip nine: practice active gratitude, a multitude of research confirms that gratitude is good for you.

Tip ten: Look for the positive result in all your experiences, the old saying that you find what you are looking for is true. I just think about any experience.

Tip eleven: “Smile, whether you’re happy or not,” your mood is high.

Tip twelve: Find happiness in the kind of work you are doing now, even if you are looking for a new career.

Tip thirteen: Focus on people, positive relationships, not on things.

Tip fourteen: Be happy everywhere. That is at school where your friends are, where you study, and even more at home!

Tip fifteen: Try to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Your moods are impacted by lots of different factors, but if your body is not getting what it needs, then your brain is not either.

Tip sixteen: Smile often, it is so simple that nobody thinks of doing it.

Tip seventeen: Treat your body as if it deserves to be happy , it is important to take care of your body!

Tip eighteen: The definition of happiness is: those who enjoy happiness are those who are satisfied with their fate. So if you want to be happy be happy to be yourself!!
