How to Feel Good in Your Body and in Your Mind

To feel good in your body and in your mind, it is important to have a good lifestyle. To get there, we have simple tips that you can follow everyday. Here are some tips to eat better and keep fit.

 1- The first thing to do to keep fit is to practice fitness at home or at the gym. There are a lot of exercices to tone your body. You can top that up with some music. It is motivating and fun. We can recommend some songs to you, like:

  • Designer – Panda
  • Chantaje – Shakira
  • Ariana Grande – Side to side
  • Ed Sheran – Shape of you


2 – The second thing is to follow a good diet. You should eat at every meal and you should not snack between meals.

Here are some healthy and gourmet recipes: 

Breakfast: Fruit & Yogurt Smoothie


– ¾ cup nonfat plain yogurt

– 1½ cups (6½ ounces) frozen fruit, such as blueberries, raspberries, pineapple or peaches


– Puree yogurt with juice in a blender until smooth. With the motor running, add fruit through the hole in the lid and continue to puree until smooth.

Lunch: Greek Chopped Pita Salad


  • 2 cups romaine lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup canned garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 whole wheat pita, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat vinaigrette


 Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl and toss thoroughly.



Lunch : Mediterranean Wrap


  • 2 medium zucchini, about 1/2 pound each, sliced lengthwise into 1/4-inch slices
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 4 pieces whole-grain wrap bread
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves


1. Preheat the broiler. Discard the outermost slices of zucchini and brush the rest with oil; dust with salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet and broil about 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes on each side, or until tender and slightly browned.

2. Spread 1/4 cup hummus on each wrap and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon pine nuts. Top with a few slices of tomato and zucchini, 1/2 cup spinach, a few sliced onions, and 1 tablespoon mint. Roll up and cut in half on a diagonal.



Dessert: Fruit Salad


In a bol, put all the fruits you like with some juice for example:

  • 2/3 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups cubed fresh pineapple

Mix all the fruits with the juice and it’s done!

 3- The last thing to do to feel good in your head and your body is to take care of yourself. Go out with your friends, do some shopping, wear some makeup and dress with style.

A DIY face scrub for your skin

Put together in a bowl:

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • and the half of a tablespoon of coffee.

Mix the ingredients together and apply it on your face with circular mouvements. Wash out your face and observe the results.

To reach your objective, you should be focused and motivated. Overall you need to do some sports, eat right, look after yourself, and be motivated . If you follow all the advice we gave you, you will feel good in your mind and in your body.
