Today, we will give you five tips about sport. 🙂

A lot of people don’t practice sport and don’t like sport. But, there are some solutions for that.

Tip one: Start slowly, for that, you can walk more, don’t take the bus or your car, just use your feet or a bicycle.  You can also take the stairs and not the elevator.

Tip two: You can do some exercies at home, if you don’t want to go outside, like some squats, jumps, push-ups, jumping jacks and some jumping lunges.

Tip three: Do more activities outside, like hiking, walking in a park, going to the swimming pool. You can even do some shopping! (You are going to walk a lot! haha!)

Tip four: Sometimes, people don’t want to do sport, because they don’t have any friends in their dance class for example, or in their fitness room. So if you want to do a sport, do it with your friends!

Tip five: If you don’t have any motivation, think about the body you are going to have with all these exercices!

And if you really don’t like sport, just eat healthy food.
