Mental health is extremely important. It is balanced between several aspects (economic, physic, social…). Your mental health is influenced by your conditions of life (economic, physic, social …). Mental health is one of the most important aspects of our life granting quality of life to individuals.

I – The importance of having a good mental health

Having a good mental health is extremely important. Mental health is going to change in function of the situation. For example, if a person has social troubles in their life, their mental health will continue to deteriorate compared at a person who is happy, and who will have a rather stable mental health.

II – What are the risks linked to a bad mental health?

To identify what we mean by a good mental health, we need to know what a BAD mental health is, here are some examples:

Poor housing and living conditions, learning difficulty, junk food, low self-esteem, mourning, media influence … All of these can be factors leading to or indicating a bad mental health.

There are several critical stages – for example childhood. The probability for a child or a teenager to have a bad mental health is very high. For example: troubles on the playground, violence at their homes,  as well quarrels, the child / teenager will see the world in a dim light. In certain cases, the child can commit suicide (money problems, mourning …)

III – A particular case : hypnosis

Hypnosis is a body status between sleep and consciousness. The hypnotized subject is in an imaginative state, and is opened to different suggestions. The subject enters an “unconscious” or an imaginative state with the help of a hypnotizer, or on their own.  One speaks then of autohypnosis.

Today, hypnosis is used for different reasons:

People use it to have fun and discover and experience this state in entertaining shows.

But hypnosis is also used for medical purposes to help patients reduce the pain they feel and can even serve as anaesthesia for small surgeries. We can also use it for various treatments to reduce the doses of medicine and even improve the efficiency of treatments against pain.

It is also used by psychiatrist to stop the phobias of their patients and it is very effective!!

Hypnosis is also practiced by therapists to help people stop smoking, drinking, or even help them diet.

It can finally serve to relieve psychological disorders (such as mental confusion) which are heavy, such as the loss of a close friend, a divorce etc…

IV – A second particular case : magnetism

Magnetism consists in working with the energy of the human body. The magnetizer “removes” the bad energy and passes it on to his hand.
Being a magnetizer is very tiring because it demands a lot of energy and concentration.

A magnetizer can do only 3 or 4 interventions a day.

Magnetism is also a rather strange phenomenon. Many people don’t believe in magnetism and do not want to spend money in something that cannot work.
Magnetism can be also used in medicine to allow people to look for diseases such as crises of  osteoarthritis or to recover from a psychological disorder. It also serves after heavy medical operations. Thanks to the magnetism, patients recover better and more quickly. It allows patients to use less antibiotics.

V – 3 tips to improve your mental health

1 – Having good relationships with other people is the most important factor contributing to a sense of wellbeing. This can include family, friends, workmates and others in the community. Investing time and energy in your relationships can lead to great benefits for all involved.

2 – Relax in a warm bath once a week. Try adding Epsom salts to soothe aches and pains and help boost magnesium levels, which can be depleted by stress.

3 – Spend some time with a furry friend. Time with animals lowers the stress hormone – cortisol, and boosts oxytocin which stimulates feelings of happiness. If you don’t have a
pet, hang out with a friend who does or volunteer at a shelter.

  I –  Conclusion :

To conclude, mental health is the most important thing in our life and if you do not maintain it this way, there is another much simpler approach. Just go out spend some time with your friends, to laugh and to have fun, and you will have a good mental health. On the con tray, if you think all the time about your problems or if you work too much and what little time you have left, you use only to eat, work and sleep, you will not live your life fully…

Dans cet article, il est dit comment entretenir sa santée mentale avec deux moyens pas encore très connus : il sagit de l’hypnose et du magnétisme. Ces deux moyens consistent à pour l’hypnose, vous emmener dans un autre état de vous-même et de vous aider à surmonter les petits tourments de votre vie.
